To cement its stronghold in Europe, WildBrain CPLG is restructuring its regional regime. This new leadership model organizes the continent into quadrants, and the company is promoting four Commercial Directors to serve as Regional Directors for each sector.
The newly appointed Regional Directors include Stacy Scimia, former U.K. Commercial Director, who will oversee the U.K. and Nordics; Angela Reuber-Gundolf, former Commercial Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, who will now lead Germany, CEE, and Benelux; Laurent Fourcine, former Italy Commercial Director, who will spearhead Italy, France, and Spain; and Begüm Isikli, former Commercial Director of Turkey, who will take charge of Turkey and Greece. Existing local Commercial Directors and teams will remain unchanged.

Under this new leadership model, the Regional Directors will work closely with both WildBrain CPLG’s senior leadership and local commercial teams to coordinate strategies across Europe. This allows the company to strengthen retail partnerships, share best practices more effectively, and better tailor its licensing efforts to each area to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
“Europe is a highly diverse and dynamic licensing landscape, and this new Regional Director model is another strategic step that allows us to harness the full strength of our local expertise while operating with greater scale and consistency,” says Pau Pascual, SVP Commercial, Europe, the U.K., and the Americas at WildBrain CPLG. “Each Regional Director brings deep market knowledge and a strong track record of developing brands, building robust licensee ecosystems, and unlocking growth opportunities across multiple categories. By bringing markets together under these experienced leaders, we’ll deliver even greater impact for our partners across the region.”
