Daniel Pahl, a digital marketing veteran, has acquired Ryder Toys, a company that specializes in battery-powered ride-ons.
Ryder Toys specializes in designing and selling battery-powered ride-on vehicles for kids. With new headquarters in Encino, California, the company develops a range of electronic ride-on cars, off-road buggies, go-karts, ATVs, and mini bikes. Ryder Toys also creates licensed replicas for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Jeep, and Ford.
The acquisition was completed March 31, and following the agreement, Pahl has assumed the role of CEO. In this position, Pahl will identify new opportunities to accelerate the company’s growth while maintaining product quality. The CEO is currently implementing digital marketing and social media strategies to expand the company’s product lines and brand partnerships.
“As a consultant, you don’t fully control the fate of the business. I want to take everything I’ve learned over 20 years and apply it to growing a business on my own terms,” says Pahl. “The previous owner built a great foundation. With my background, I see a clear growth engine I could activate right away.”
