Following successful events in New York and Los Angeles, X Tracks is heading back to the town that Sam Walton put on the map.
Ticket sales are now open for the second Bentonville X Tracks Licensing Summit, an executive conference exploring how intellectual property travels from pop culture to retail shelves.
Set for June 18 in Bentonville, Arkansas, the one-day event will gather brand owners, licensing agents, retailers, and consumer product companies to discuss the forces shaping licensing today — from creator brands and social media to the speed of retail product development.
The location is part of the strategy. Bentonville is home to Walmart, one of the most influential retail ecosystems in the U.S., making it a natural setting for conversations about how brands translate into consumer products.

The event takes place during the week of the Bentonville Film Festival and is part of the broader X Tracks Licensing Summit Series, which connects executives across licensing, entertainment, fashion, toys, and digital culture.
Sessions will examine topics including retail licensing strategy, creator brands moving from TikTok to retail, and the mechanics of getting products to shelf at scale.
