Abacus Brands Launches Radical Games at LA Toy Previews

Abacus Brands reveals the launch of Radical Games during the LA Toy Previews. This new division will develop highly engaging, fast-paced tabletop games for kids, families, and adults.

Radical Games marks a new era for Abacus Brands as it expands its footprint beyond VR/AR products. Led by marketing innovator Steve Rad, the division aims to connect audiences of all ages through humor, competition, creativity, and social interaction. Radical Games will also focus on developing products with original concepts, accessible gameplay, and standout packaging.

The division’s launch is accompanied by three key brand partnerships. Consumers can expect the first wave of tabletop games to feature collaborations with Regrettable Games, Dreamstar Studios, and Barry & Jason Games & Entertainment. More information about the initial launch will debut later this year.

Alongside Radical Games, Abacus Brands continues to grow with the acquisition of a $10 million commercial office space. Located in the El Segundo toy district, this new office will serve as a year-round hub for product development, media content, and industry collaboration. The space will also house all Abacus media operations, including Rad’s @InstoresNow podcast, which will leverage its content to support the launch of Radical Games.

Abacus Brands will reveal more information on upcoming game launches and partnerships in the coming months. For more information and the latest updates about Radical Games, visit abacusbrands.com
