Since its launch in 2011, LEGO Ninjago has transformed from a quirky Cartoon Network series into one of The LEGO Group’s most popular franchises to date. To celebrate the brand’s 15th anniversary, The LEGO Group has built a slate of new partnerships, products, and experiences that honor LEGO Ninjago’s legacy.
“As we celebrate 15 years of LEGO Ninjago, we’re incredibly proud of how this universe has developed and inspired creativity, resilience, and adventure for fans around the world,” Nigel Kong, Head of Product at The LEGO Group, says. “We are also endlessly thankful for our fan community, who continue to engage with the Ninjago universe. This anniversary is not just a celebration for us, it’s for our fan community — whether a lifelong or new fan, now is the time to Go Full Ninja!”

The anniversary celebration kicked off last month with a major update to LEGO Fortnite Odyssey. This launch introduced a brand-new LEGO Ninjago Island for players to explore, and added Ninjago-themed characters, skins, and emotes to the game’s digital shop. A second update is already in the works for later this year, giving players even more ways to Master their True Potential.

The LEGO Group is partnering with Asmodee to create a new board game, Ninjago Destiny’s Bounty Adventures, set to launch this year. In this strategy game, players must work together to defend the iconic ship from some of the most infamous villains from throughout the universe, unlocking new abilities and upgrading their skills along the way. The board game will be available at retailers worldwide starting July 30.
Fans can take home a piece of the action with three special-edition LEGO Ninjago building sets. The star of the collection is the Lloyd’s Titan Mech, a 1,293-piece poseable model armed with a large sword, a shield that splits into wings, and three minifigures. This set is available to preorder now, with an official launch slated for March.
Rounding out the line is the LEGO Ninjago Ninja Character Display, featuring the monastery gate and seven minifigs from Season 1, and the Four Weapons Blacksmith Set, which recreates the beloved shop with interactive details from the series and includes a collectible Elemental Master of Earth minifigure. Both building kits are available now online and in stores.
The celebration continues in person with events around the world, from pop-ups in EMEA and AMS LEGO Stores to convention activations such as Brickvention Australia. LEGOLAND will also host an action-packed lineup of events throughout spring, bringing new costumed characters, scavenger hunts, 4D movies, and other immersive experiences to its theme parks in California, Florida, Japan, Korea, Germany, and Windsor.
Alongside the events and partnership, LEGO Ninjago fans can also look forward to the fourth season of Ninjago: Dragons Rising, coming to streaming platforms later this spring. For updates about LEGO Ninjago’s anniversary celebration, visit LEGO.com.
