Hasbro wins an award at the Licensing International Excellence Awards during Licensing Expo. For the Best Hardlines or Packaged Goods Collaboration category, the toy company earns a Global Excellence Award for its Monopoly x Nike x WS Game Company collab.
The Monopoly x Nike x WS Game Company partnership honors LeBron James’s legacy and career through a special-edition board game. This Monopoly version features elements inspired by the NBA champion, including tokens of his Nike shoes, jersey, basketball, lion, and championship ring.
The Licensing International Excellence Awards spotlight the global brand licensing industry and recognize the innovations and accomplishments of its community. Since 1986, the award ceremony has been the only international recognition of licensing excellence, with winners selected by a judging panel of industry experts.
