There’s nothing better than a good hug, and that’s why Build-A-Bear Workshop is relaunching its Heartwarming Hugs line. Today, families can bring more cuddles home with plush now available online or at their nearest Build-A-Bear location.
The Heartwarming Hugs line is designed to promote relaxation and ease stress for users. After nine months of being unavailable, the collection returns and is ready to deliver special hugs for National Hug Day. Kids can snuggle up with one of two weighted characters: a brown teddy bear and a purple sloth. Each plush has an adorable expression, soft fur, and stands 20 inches tall.

Kids ages 3 and up can celebrate National Hug Day with plush that replicate the power of a simple hug. These cuddly companions are stuffed with weighted beans, weighing approximately 3 to 5 pounds. Fans can also warm or cool the removable “bean heart” to add extra comfort to their plush.
