Crayola is kicking off a yearlong global initiative that puts creativity front and center — and everyone is invited to join. The brand’s new campaign, Creative Acts of Color, is a yearlong open call for kids, families, educators, and adults of all ages to submit artwork that celebrates imagination, expression, and the joy of making something colorful.
Inspired by 9-year-old Caydence from Texas, whose artwork became the heart of the campaign, Creative Acts of Color is designed to highlight how small creative moments can have a big emotional impact — building confidence, connection, and fun.
Crayola is making it easy for families to participate, offering free resources on its website, including activity sheets, playlists, coloring prompts, and even sing-along videos that can be used at home or in classrooms.

Submissions can be shared online throughout the year, and Crayola plans to spotlight creators from across the globe, reminding fans that there’s no “right” way to be creative — just colorful, joyful expression in any form.
The campaign is part of Crayola’s broader Campaign for Creativity platform and reflects the brand’s continued mission to make art supplies and creativity tools accessible, inclusive, and fun for all.
